BASIC PLAIN

The Basic Plain weave is a unique combination of triaxial and biaxial constructions. The triaxial portion, with its locked intersections, creates very stable hexagonal holes necessary for excellent strike through during lamination. The plain weave sections give high coverage with minimal thickness for a lighter weight fabric. Both the plain weave and triaxial sections can be expanded to as large an area as needed depending on the application (see insert images as examples).

Currently this construction is in the prototype stage with small samples available.
